Truth behind the photo.

August 1, 2014

Not afraid to say what I feel. MY SMILE in HERE WASN'T GENUINE. My blood was boiling, had to smile because I was told to. & as a result, I didn't even have time to enjoy the hotel's refreshment AT ALL, no rest AT ALL & I almost blew my top. Actually I did, partially. I just said it loudly: WAHLAO this SP so annoying, graduate already still like that. The guy who was with the photographer heard it, and say "sorry sorry". Your sorry KAMPUI ah. Idiot one leh. These kind of people is the kind of people you SHOULD NOT WORK WITH.

Like why on Earth is my chance to eat and talk to my other scholar friends in peace was deprived? Not just me, the other scholars were slowly getting irritated as well because the whole photographing thing keeps getting dragged on and on.

WHY DO I/WE DESERVE THIS? Damn annoyed. Should have just told the photographer and the other guy that I did not need to be photographed, I don't want to be part of a publicity material. I work hard to get the scholarship to pursue a future I want, not to be part of a publicity material for a school I attended (but I wouldn't mind being one, for being a student taught by a particular lecturer). The lecturer deserves recognition. I don't mind taking photos with my lecturers and fellow scholar friends. But one should know the limits - THE PHOTOGRAPHER & THE OTHER GUY. Why do we not have a say to when were all getting tired? Should have said: "OKAY IT's ENOUGH." and walked away coolly. Like why do they think all our time belongs to them? We had our cluster small talks and photography as well.

We had rehearsals since 9AM, and the ceremony ended at about 3/4pm. & were IMMEDIATELY asked to take photos when there were nice, glorious, delicious refreshments outside the ballroom. And me, who stupidly obliged caused myself to not have anything from the wide spread of refreshments. Felt like a DOG/PUPPET. Probably that's how celebs feel sometimes, they can't say NO. Should really mustered up my courage and confronted the photographer that we needed to rest, eat and take photos only for our own keepsake and not for PUBLICITY.
