Cheap Buys.

September 21, 2012

Seems like every friday I have to visit Daiso and Watsons. Everything I bought today was 2 dollars each.

From Daiso

Saw this Baby Pink Light Fleece Blanket. Intending to bring to Hong Kong. I must travel with my own blanket, a habit since young. Yes even when I go for camps when it's overnight.

Khaki Waterproof Multi-purpose Pouch.

Mini Hair Brush/Comb w/ wooden handle. I kept forgetting to get myself a new comb since like the past few weeks. Artsy Fartsy mind kept bringing me to handicraft section of Daiso.

From Watsons

They have this $2 Mix & Match corner and last week I remember seeing the SunSilk conditioner, so happy as I'm running out on it.

Fyi, I do not use all these $2 Travel Size Toiletries on DAILY Basis. Usually, I only use them on training days since I wash up after my training.

Left to Right:

  • Ginvera Apricot Nourishing Shower Scrub. (not for my training days, no time to scrub, usually I quickly wash up and head home / head for dinner)
  • Sunsilk Damaged Hair Reconstruction Conditioner. This kind of works for me.
  • Loreal Smooth-Intense Anti-Frizz Shampoo (praying hard it works well on me, cause I'm using Dove's Intense Repair for training days, but still not very effective)
  • Dove Damage Therapy Straight & Silky Leave-On Cream
  • Nivea Pure & Natural Action - 24Hr Deodorant.

If you know me real-life, you would know my hair condition is quite bad, I don't dye my hair or whatever. It's just dry and it's worse on really humid days - all frizzy. That was last year. This year after my Telunas Camp it was better already, less frizzy - but still frizzy :(

I like the Nivea Deodorant Travel Size Spray. I'd the 48hr one for the telunas camp, but now I'm lazy to bring that bigger bottle around, guess this little bottle comes in handy when I'm outside home.

Anyway, for the Ginvera body scrub, there's 2 other options available - Green Tea & Lavender.

That's all.
