Pretty surprised by the taste, i at first thought it would be quite bitter, but actually its not. & i like it quite alot.
Now for the benefits...
In fact, most (or maybe i should say ALL) contains Tannins - which inhibits carcinogen activities & cancer promotion; and also act as antioxidants.
For BLACK TEA

Do not drink ANY TEA if you are consuming IRON (eg. iron pills or meat etc..) . Tannins inhibit the absorption of iron!
